Camp Voyageur is more than just a fun time. Camp Voyageur builds character in a way that no sport, afterschool program, or any other camp can. Kids have to learn how to work together, carry their own weight, and get along with others – for it is crucial to a successful trip into the wilderness. The veteran counselors at Camp Voyageur serve as role models and are able to reach kids in a way that most people can’t.
