Camp Nurse

A Minnesota registered nurse oversees the entire health care of the camp community. We need a nurse for each of our two four-week sessions, between approximately June 15th and August 10th. Basic duties of the nurse include briefing staff on camper health, screening people before and after trips, dispensing medicines, treating campers in the infirmary, escorting campers to the clinic or hospital and informing parents when a camper requires professional treatment.

Contracted dates June 13 through August 7. Nurses oversee the entire health care of our camp community. Basic duties include:

• Briefing staff on campers' health needs in their care
• Screening staff and campers pre and post trip
• Dispensing medicines, treating campers in the infirmary and escorting campers if they require a visit to the clinic or hospital
• Communicating with parents if their son requires treatment
