- June 13 to July 10 (First 4-week session)
- July 11 to August 7 (Second 4-week session)
- June 13 to August 7 (8-week session)
- July 9 after 2 pm (Parent's day and banquet for first session)
- August 6 after 2 pm (Parent's day and banquet for second session)
Day One
- Boys arrive
- Move into cabin
- Grilled hamburgers at the fire circle
- Introductory campfire
Day Two
- Introduction and review of canoeing and camping skills
- How to pack for a trip
- Canoe portaging and paddling strokes
- Fire building
- Tent pitching
- Send a post card home
- Swim Test
- Sing Down
Day Three
- Day trips paddling and more review
- Cabin competitions
- Advanced Rock Climbing at Wolf Ridge
Day Four
- Beginning Rock Climbing at Wolf Ridge
- First round of trips move out
Day Five
- Remainder of trips move out
Trips
- The first two Sundays and Mondays of the session all campers return
from trips for two days of fun and games in camp.
- The second round of trips go out the second week and a final round of
longer trips begin the third week.
- The last three full days in camp pass quickly as campers participate
in the Voyageur Olympic games.
The Last Thursday
- WELK Radio Show featuring the well honed talents of all campers
The Last Friday
- Parents Day- parents are invited the last Friday afternoon to watch the
Obstacle Course on Pine Stadium and stay for the banquet dinner.
- Initiation Ceremony- recognizing camper achievements and welcoming
new campers to the Voyageur family.
The Last Saturday
- Fresh Tynee's donuts for breakfast
- Campers leave to go home
